Known for low and slow braised meat, cocktails and good vibes, Meat Wagon is a grill canteen with a mix of intimate tables settings and booth dining dedicated to feasting with friends and family.

Our beef is sourced only from Irish farms, aged in house and then prepared next door in Stix & Stones Butchery & Deli by our Master Butchers. 

We get up early to ensure our meats are braised and slow cooked for at least 24 hours to ensure you can enjoy a tender and mouthwatering dining experience.
